Salary: $46.70 – $50.25 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week (with monthly out of hours Board meetings)

About the Role:
This is a new, pivotal role to TBYFS, where you will provide high level executive, governance, and administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. A snapshot of your duties include:
Executive Support

Managing the CEO’s calendar, priorities and workflow

Coordinating meetings, agendas, briefing packs and follow‑ups
-
Drafting correspondence, reports and presentations
-
Acting as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders

Tracking strategic priorities and organisational initiatives
Governance & Board Support
-
Coordinating Board and subcommittee meetings
-
Preparing agendas, Board papers and meeting packs
-
Taking accurate minutes and maintaining action registers
-
Assisting with Board member onboarding and induction
Stakeholder & External Relations
-
Liaising with Board members, partners and community stakeholders
-
Ensuring timely, professional communication on behalf of the CEO

Preparing materials for external meetings and engagements
About You:
You will be proactive, calm under pressure, and be able to juggle competing priorities. You will bring:

Proven experience as an EA

Strong governance and Board support capability
-
Excellent written communication, including agenda compilation and minute-taking

High attention to detail and accuracy

Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

A collaborative, relationship-focused approach to your work
Experience in the not-for-profit or community sector, understanding of governance frameworks, and experience supporting a Company Secretary is desirable. To be successful in this role, you must have a current driver license and an Employee Working with Children Check.
