At Windsor Optometry, you'll know your patients by name, help them find eyewear they'll love, and become part of an independent practice that has been caring for the Hawkesbury community for more than 100 years.
Working from our beautifully renovated heritage house in the heart of Windsor, you'll join a small team that values personalised eye care, quality eyewear and continuous learning. Experience in optics is highly regarded, but for the right person, comprehensive training will be provided.

A snapshot of your day
This is a varied role where you'll be involved in every stage of the patient experience, including:

Assisting patients to choose frames that suit their lifestyle, prescription and personal style.

Taking accurate dispensing measurements to achieve the best visual outcomes.

Adjusting, repairing and quality checking eyewear.
-
Answering phone enquiries and coordinating appointments.
-
Providing friendly reception and administrative support.

Maintaining attractive frame displays and merchandising.

Working closely with your colleagues to ensure every patient enjoys an exceptional experience.
About you
You'll be a great fit if you:

Have experience in optical dispensing or working within an optical practice.
Enjoy helping people and building genuine relationships. -
Have an eye for fashion and an appreciation for quality eyewear.

Are organised with excellent attention to detail.

Learn new systems quickly and are confident using Microsoft Windows.
