Sparkle Wizards is looking to fill 2 casual positions for cleaners to join our growing team! These positions will be responsible for covering a regular cleaning schedule for client’s homes, commercial businesses, short-term rental turnover cleans and occasional bond cleaning jobs.
If you are suited for consistent overnight shifts, 1 position is required for a 7 day per week 12am-6am schedule, where you will be cleaning GYG, Oporto and Zarrafas Stores in Smithfield. The second position will be required to cover Domestic cleans during daytime hours (9am-5pm). As part of the team, and to maintain our responsibility of reliability for Smithfield Businesses, you must also be available to occasionally cover for nighttime shifts for when other team members are sick or unavailable.
Who are we?
Sparkle Wizards began over 5 years ago when I decided to offer my own services for comprehensive cleaning solutions for anyone needing it in the area I lived. My approach involved listening to customers requirements and aiming to meet and exceed their expectations by addressing every tiny detail and leaving a perfect surface finish. This earned me a reputation amongst the people I clean for, for my focus on quality and reliability, and I have since built a comfortable regular schedule working for myself as a Sole Trader.
Over time my services have become more in demand and I am no longer able to do all of the work alone, So I am looking to now train others with everything I know about cleaning, and we can become a team of exceptional cleaners that can be relied upon to offer a quality of service and a standard that is not often met by other potential cleaning services in Cairns and Northern Beaches.

How our Perfection Bonus works: The quality of your work will be regularly checked and every instance of an area being missed or below standard will demerit $10 from the potential total. You will be given feedback in each of these instances to learn from, but if you clean perfectly, you can claim the full $100 bonus each week!

No previous experience or qualifications are necessary. We're happy to train and supply the right person with everything that will be needed. What matters most in who I choose to hire is a positive attitude, a commitment to delivering consistently high standards, and someone who I would be able to trust in representing the Sparkle Wizards name.
Successful applicants will be hired as a Subcontractor. This is how I operate as a Sole Trader Business by hiring and contracting out your services as your own Sole Trader entity. If you have an ABN already set up, please include this in your application, otherwise I will guide you through the process of setting up your ABN, and can manage writing the weekly invoice and paying the remittance.
