You’re called upon to help decision makers identify the options that best match their objectives. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.

You’ll own key contract activities, partnering with operators and stakeholders to deliver service changes, events and improvements and hold operators to account for performance, leading reviews and driving reliability and asset uplift.
You’ll work closely with safety and regulatory partners to ensure services are safe, compliant and well managed.
This permanent position is located in our Elizabeth Street office in Sydney CBD. The role is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures.
