About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and service-focused Admin Support Officer to join our Corporate Office team. This is a dynamic, front-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors, while providing vital administrative and workplace support to ensure smooth daily operations.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting building, facilities, and administrative functions across our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional front-of-house reception services and manage visitor access
- Coordinate mail, courier services, and postal requirements
- Maintain workplace amenities including kitchens, meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Support building operations, contractor access, and office facilities
- Set up and coordinate meeting and training rooms
- Provide administrative support to the Property & Construction team
- Assist with projects, reporting, purchasing and general office coordination
