As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the physical health, mobility, and emotional wellbeing of our clients and residents. Working alongside occupational therapists, physios, and care staff, you will deliver evidence-based, therapeutic massage tailored to older adults.
Key responsibilities include:
Tailored Massage Therapy: Providing individualised treatment plans that target mobility, pain relief, and comfort.
Holistic Assessment: Conducting wellness evaluations and setting client-centered goals to improve quality of life.
Wellness & Promotion: Supporting active health promotion programs, quality initiatives, and guiding students or volunteers.
Professional Standards: Maintaining seamless documentation, engaging in team reviews, and upholding aged care standards.

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualification and Registration: Diploma in Massage Therapy Practice and current registration with an approved industry association (e.g. Massage & Myotherapy Australia).
Clinical Knowledge: Deep understanding of safe, effective massage protocols for older adults and individuals managing complex chronic conditions.
Communication & Tech Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to coach clients, along with solid computer literacy for accurate digital charting.
- Standards & Compliance: Basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role
