We are working with a national multi-trade mechanical design and construct contractor delivering a major health project in Perth. They need a Mechanical Drafter to produce and coordinate the construction documentation.
What is on offer
- $105,000 to $130,000 plus super
- A complex health build with a long runway of work
- A national contractor with a genuine design and construct track record
- Permanent, full time, with interviews expected inside one to six weeks
What you will be doing
- Construction ready mechanical services drawings
- Revit MEP modelling
- Shop drawings and fabrication documentation
- Clash resolution and coordination
What you will need
- Contractor side HVAC or mechanical drafting experience
- Revit and AutoCAD
- Genuine coordination experience, not drawing production alone
This one is contractor side. Consultancy only, general builder, client side facilities and service only backgrounds are not a fit. Perth based candidates are first preference, and interstate applicants should be genuinely willing to relocate or mobilise to Perth.
