You excel at connecting the dots as a problem solver, ensuring the seamless delivery of reliable services from beginning to end.
Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.
In this role, you'll:
Work at the heart of motorway operations, making sure complex Operational Technology (OT) systems and data services work together in the real world. This includes supporting the integration of traffic management systems, field devices, control systems and real‑time data feeds that power live motorway operations.
You’ll investigate and resolve integration issues, support new assets coming online and contribute to testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities. Working closely with engineering teams, vendors and operational stakeholders, you’ll help ensure systems meet performance, safety and reliability expectations.
Your work will directly support smooth motorway operations, accurate information and safe outcomes for road users.

About you

You bring strong experience across OT and IT integration, ideally within motorways, tunnels, transport or other mission‑critical infrastructure settings.
You’re comfortable working with control systems, interfaces, data feeds and integration testing, and you stay calm and methodical when responding to system issues. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you communicate clearly with engineers, vendors and operations teams to resolve problems quickly. With relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent hands‑on experience, you’re motivated by delivering reliable, well‑integrated systems that keep motorway operations running safely and efficiently.
- Please note that you are require to participate in a 24/7 on‑call support model, operating within a structured roster to ensure continuous availability and the reliable operation of critical systems.
