As a Site Administrator at AutoNexus Bibra lake, you will support the Operations Manager in an administrative capacity and be a part of the team.
What You'll Do
About You
- You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same
- You’re a confident communicator who can build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
- You bring experience in administration within a logistics, fleet, or operational environment
- You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working across systems (SAP/Coupa experience highly regarded)
- You understand purchasing, invoicing, and basic financial processes
- You take a proactive, team-focused approach and are always willing to jump in and support where needed
- You hold a current driver’s licence
Employment Type & Availability
- Casual opportunity with a highly competitive hourly rate
- Full-time hours available (Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm)
