Additional information
- These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.
- You have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check, which includes a medical assessment.

Team vision (text) As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers with loading items into their vehicles
- Collecting trolleys from around the IKEA store and carpark to ensure we always have them available to use
- Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, processing transactions, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and catalogues
- Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
