School Facilities & Lock-Up Cleaner
Location: Joondalup
Hours: 4:30pm – 7:30pm, Monday to Friday
Total Hours: 15 hours per week

We are a young, energetic, and passionate commercial cleaning company seeking a reliable and responsible team member to join our school cleaning team in Joondalup.
This is a unique role that combines cleaning duties with additional site responsibility. You will play an important part in ensuring the school is not only cleaned to a high standard but also left secure and ready for the following day.
Working closely with the company directors and a small, motivated team, you will be trusted to work independently and take ownership of key site duties. This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step beyond a standard cleaning role and develop within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete general cleaning of designated classrooms, offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Empty and replace liners in external bins throughout the school grounds.
- Conduct a final site inspection at the end of each shift.
- Ensure designated buildings, rooms, and facilities are secured.
- Lock gates and facilities in accordance with site procedures.
- Report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of presentation across the site.

Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience (school cleaning experience is an advantage).
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
- Reliable transport to and from Joondalup.
- A good understanding of OHS and hygiene standards.
Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of site security and lock-up procedures.
