All Electric Homes is growing, and we’re looking for Apprentice Electricians, from 1st or 2nd year, to join our team full time from our Altona North facility.
We work across residential electrification, solar, batteries, hot water systems, and energy upgrade projects, helping households move toward smarter all electric solutions.
As part of the wider Want A Group ecosystem, alongside Want A Sparky and Want A Heat Pump, we are building a high performing business focused on quality, safety, and strong customer outcomes.
About the Role
You’ll work across a range of residential installation and upgrade projects, including:
- Electrification works
- Solar and battery projects
- Energy upgrades
- Hot water systems
- All electric home solutions
This role suits someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, works safely, and wants to build a long-term career as part of a strong professional team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1st or 2nd year electrical apprentices
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices
- Driver’s licence or working toward obtaining one
Preferable but not Essential for 2nd Year Apprentices.
- Residential electrical experience
- Solar and battery exposure
- Renewable energy interest or experience
- Experience working under VEU programs
