About the Role:
The role would suit applicants who enjoy working in a school environment and being part of a collaborative team. While it has a primary focus on accounts receivable and front office operations, there are opportunities to contribute to a range of administrative functions across the school.
Experience working in a school environment and knowledge of OneSchool Finance will be highly regarded.
This position is line managed by the Business Manager, with day-to-day support and direction provided by the Finance Officer.

Responsibilities include:
Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, receipting, payments, account reconciliation and debt recovery.
Process payment plans, Centrepay, Student Resource Scheme accounts and customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate financial records, registers and databases in accordance with policies and procedures.
Provide professional front-office and customer service, responding to enquiries from students, parents, staff and the wider community.
Provide administrative and financial support to the Business Manager, Principal and school staff.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes.
