Role Title: Freelance Social Media Manager

1 Day per Week with potential to increase as business grows
Sulkii is an Australian polewear and activewear brand built for girls who train. We create high performance pieces for pole dancers, aerialists, dancers and movement lovers with a strong focus on community and comfort, fit and confidence.
We’re looking for a creative, social media obsessed freelancer to help grow the Sulkii brand from the ground up.
This role is perfect for someone bubbly, proactive and creative with a strong social media presence. An added bonus if you are involved in the pole, fitness, dance or aerial community and genuinely understand the culture and aesthetic.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating engaging Instagram & TikTok content
* Designing and scheduling posts, reels and carousels
* Writing captions aligned with the Sulkii brand voice
* Engaging with followers and building community
* Replying to DMs and comments
* Assisting with influencer outreach and collaborations
* Helping grow brand awareness organically
* Identifying trends, sounds and content opportunities
* Contributing ideas for launches, campaigns and community engagement
* Potential opportunity to assist with paid social ads and marketing as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
* Experience creating aesthetic, engaging short-form content
* Confident using Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Strong understanding of trends, hooks and viral-style content
* Someone who genuinely loves fitness, movement, pole, dance or activewear culture
* Comfortable engaging with customers online and building relationships
* Bonus if you have experience with:
* Meta Ads
* Influencer marketing
* Fashion or activewear brands
* UGC content creation
