Equisent Disability Services is a leading NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality support services across Melbourne. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our growing team and provide professional HR support across multiple service locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on employment matters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist with performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, workplace regulations and organisational policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Support workforce planning, retention and employee engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with management regarding staffing requirements and organisational development.
- Assist with workforce compliance requirements where required.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Coordinator or similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
