We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is your chance to play a role in attracting and selecting high quality talent across A&G.
You'll be the trusted partner to hiring leaders across 2-3 business divisions, delivering end to end recruitment expertise and creating exceptional experiences for candidates, employees and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader- Corporate, you'll work in a collaborative team environment where your expertise will directly shape the future of our workforce.
Position Accountabilities:
Build Strong Partnerships

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with hiring leaders across diverse business areas

Collaborate closely with HRBPs to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies

Champion our Talent Acquisition Service Model and guide stakeholders through best-practice recruitment processes
Drive Recruitment Excellence

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring quality candidates are sourced and hired in a timely manner

Source passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Seek talent search and internal/external pipelines

Create quality shortlists through expert assessment of applications and effective candidate screening
Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experiences

Ensure every candidate interaction is positive, professional, and memorable

Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Influence the design of accessible, diverse selection panels and appropriate assessment tools

Support hiring leaders with well-prepared interview processes and structured question templates

Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic commercial organisation
