About the Role
Join our Acute Neurosurgical Unit and deliver person centred care in a quaternary setting. You support registered nurses, build confidence and skill, and help create safe, calm care while growing from novice to proficient practice.
Duties
- Deliver holistic nursing care under RN direction
- Monitor patients and escalate clinical change
- Support daily care and comfort needs
- Maintain accurate records and safe standards
- Build strong teamwork across the unit
About You
You are a motivated Enrolled Nurse who brings care, accountability and teamwork to a busy clinical setting.
- Enrolled Nurse registered or eligible with NMBA
- Current practising certificate with medication endorsement
- Provide nursing care aligned to professional standards
- Communicate clearly and work well in multidisciplinary teams
- Recognise change and prioritise care under RN supervision
