We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join us on a Full time basis.
The position is predominantly based at our Robina rooms with the requirement to visit our multiple locations across both sites on a regular basis.

About the role
As Practice Manager, you will be accountable for the clinical, operational and commercial performance of the organisation. You will be responsible for:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Translate organisational strategy into clear operational plans
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling and template optimisation
- Ensure the clinic operates efficiently, safely and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain high-quality systems, technology, equipment, and supplier performance
People & Culture
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team
- Create a collaborative, accountable and supportive work environment
- Provide regular feedback, facilitate communication, and manage performance when required
- Support professional development and future workforce planning
Financial & Commercial Management
- Take full accountability for clinic financial performance
- Monitor and manage labour costs, P&L results and monthly reporting
- Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for business growth
- Contribute to budgeting, revenue planning and pricing strategies
Business Development & Marketing
- Partner with Marketing to deliver local initiatives that strengthen brand presence
- Support onboarding and integration of new doctors
- Improve digital reputation through reviews, surveys and patient feedback
- Build strong referral pathways and engage with key practitioners
Governance, Safety & Quality
- Maintain the practice's compliance, audit and risk management schedules
- Drive continuous quality improvement
- Ensure incidents and risks are identified, reported and escalated appropriately
- Promote a safe and supportive workplace for staff, practitioners and patients
About You
You are a confident, people‑centric leader with strong operational and commercial acumen. You bring:
- Experience in management or senior practice leadership
- Demonstrated success in people, operational and financial management
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
- Proficiency in PMS/EMR systems and understanding of medical terminology
- Experience in practice billings and revenue processes
- Experience overseeing, managing and adhering to a budget
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a “make it happen” attitude
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
Other essential criteria:
- A current National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain)
- QLD Blue Card
- NSW Working with Children’s Check
- Full immunization records (in alignment with QLD Health requirements. Covid-19 vaccination not required)
- Unrestricted Driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Remuneration is commensurate on skill and level of experience.
