Ricoh is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and expand an established portfolio across Office Print and Managed Print Services (MPS). If you thrive on exceeding targets, uncovering opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
In this territory-based role, you'll help customers optimise their print environment, reduce operating costs, and improve business efficiency while positioning Ricoh as their trusted technology partner.

Grow and retain an existing portfolio of Managed Print Services customers.

Identify opportunities to optimise print fleets, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

Drive contract renewals, upgrades, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.

Build strong relationships with decision-makers across IT, Procurement, and Operations.

Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing.

Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
To be successful in this role:

5+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Managed Print Services (MPS), Print Solutions, or Office Technology Sales.

Proven success in:
- B2B sales

Account growth and customer retention
-
New business acquisition
-
Territory management
-
Pipeline management and revenue generation
-
Knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS), Office Print, Multifunction Devices (MFDs), Fleet Optimisation, Cost Per Copy (CPC), Leasing, and Managed Services (highly desirable).

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
