Boutique Disability Services is looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting one of our valued NDIS participants in the Rockingham area
This is more than just a support role. It's an opportunity to help someone continue living independently, pursue their goals, stay active in the community, and enjoy the things they love every day.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, compassionate and committed to delivering truly person-centred support.
Start with 2–3 regular shifts each week and grow with us. As you become established within the team and build a strong relationship with the participant, there is excellent opportunity to increase your hours through additional day, evening and overnight sleep shifts.
About the Participant
Our participant is an outgoing and social gentleman living with an acquired brain injury who enjoys:
- Swimming and exercise
- Community outings
- Music and social interaction
- Maintaining his independence
- Healthy living and daily routines
He thrives with support workers who are patient, encouraging, confident, enjoy having a laugh, and can build genuine long-term rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
About the Role
This role includes a combination of day shifts, evening supports and inactive overnight sleep shifts, working within a consistent roster alongside a supportive and experienced team.
Supports include:
- Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and hygiene
- Manual handling and mobility assistance
- Community access including swimming, appointments and outings
- Meal preparation and healthy living support
- Assistance with daily exercise routines
- Household tasks and maintaining a safe home environment
- Medication assistance
- Supporting communication, confidence and independence
- Overnight sleep supports with occasional assistance if required

- Physically capable of assisting with mobility supports and transfers
- Able to follow therapy programs and care plans
- A strong communicator who enjoys building positive relationships
- Professional, reliable and committed to providing consistent support
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a close-knit team
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
