Cater Care is seeking a productive and organised Payroll Officer to join our friendly, stable team on a part-time basis. Working directly under our Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our hardworking people are paid accurately and on time. Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do
- Manage fortnightly end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the ADP payroll system and Emplive time and attendance system with updated employee information.
- Coordinate and support diverse payroll project activities from initial initiation through to final completion.
- Interpret and apply a variety of modern awards and complex enterprise agreements correctly.
- Resolve daily payroll queries while managing essential time-in-lieu record keeping and administration.
About You
- Hold a Certificate III/IV in Accounts Administration, Bookkeeping, or a Diploma in Payroll Services.
- Bring proven experience processing end-to-end payroll for a medium to large-sized organisation.
- Demonstrate proficiency handling large volumes of numerical data with exceptional attention to detail.
- Possess prior experience utilising time and attendance systems, specifically Emplive and ADP platforms.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, an excellent phone manner, and great overall organisational abilities.
