About the role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, Facilities & Office Management, you will provide front of house, customer service and administrative support across a range of communication channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, SMS, web enquiries and video calls.
You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workplaces while ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who connects with Deaf Connect.
Main responsibilities of the role include :
Deliver a welcoming and professional front of house and reception service.
Manage enquiries across phone, email and other communication channels.
Coordinate meeting rooms, office resources and mail services.
Provide general administration and remote reception support to offices nationally.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders.
Support workplace health and safety activities.
Assist with facilities administration and other office support as required.
About you:

Demonstrated experience in reception, administration and customer service.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across different locations.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications in administration, business support or a related field.
Conversational or fluent Auslan skills.
