THE ROLE
- Henderson-based workshop environment - no site travel, home every night

Surface preparation including abrasive blasting to correct profiles and standards
-
Application of industrial coating systems to client specifications
-
Consistent interpretation of coating specs and delivery to QA/QC standards
-
Completion of job documentation and inspection records
-
Ongoing opportunity with overtime available across peak periods
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 3 years industrial painting and blasting experience in mining, construction, shutdown, or heavy industrial environments
-
Solid understanding of coating systems, surface profiles, and paint specifications
-
Ability to set up and adjust blasting equipment - pot, pressure, suction systems
-
Trade qualification preferred; strong hands-on experience will be considered

Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets highly regarded
-
Physically fit, safety-focused, reliable
-
Able to read, write, and communicate in English to a working standard
WHATS ON OFFER
- $52–$58/hr based on experience and tickets

Ongoing full-time hours - consistent work, not stop-start
