You empower people to work in a way that works for them.
Here's your chance to help communities have a genuine voice in shaping decisions, building trusted relationships and delivering meaningful engagement and communications that strengthen participation, transparency and local outcomes across NSW.
In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering high-quality communication and community and stakeholder engagement services across Transport for NSW programs, projects and initiatives, this role will see you develop and implement communication and engagement strategies, deliver consultation activities, manage issues, coordinate content and storytelling, and use data and insights to strengthen participation, trust and transparency.
You will lead effective, inclusive and insight-driven engagement and communication activities in a complex, multi-stakeholder and politically sensitive environment with competing priorities and shifting timelines. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with communities, local councils, community groups and project stakeholders, ensuring diverse perspectives are heard and considered while supporting positive project and community outcomes.
We have a number of Permanent and Temporary Fixed Term roles available across the following areas:
Sydney - office locations CBD, Macquarie Park and Parramatta

You’re recognised as a credible and trusted communicator, skilled at developing and delivering engagement and communication plans, coordinating consultation activities and creating clear, accessible content.
