About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and organised Project Officers to join our Programs team and support the delivery of a range of impactful initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in coordinating projects, engaging with stakeholders, and keeping activities on track to ensure successful outcomes. Working in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, you’ll contribute to programs and projects that strengthen the primary health care nursing workforce across Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of project workplans, including coordination of timelines, milestones and deliverables

- Assist with stakeholder communication and coordination to support effective engagement
- Assist with stakeholder communication and coordination to facilitate effective engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to support program delivery and operational activities
- Coordinate logistics and contribute to team and program outcomes
- Prepare routine reports, documentation and tracking updates
- Support research activities and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate record keeping and data tracking
- Comply with organisational policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
Key Selection Criteria – What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience supporting project or program delivery (planning, coordination, tracking and reporting)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under guidance
- 1–3 years’ experience supporting project or program delivery, including planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to contribute to reporting, documentation and data tracking with accuracy
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and providing responsive service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems/tools
- (Desirable) Understanding of the primary health care environment
