We are seeking motivated Sales Assistants to join one of Australia's leading 4WD Parts & Accessories retailers. With both contract and permanent opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to build a rewarding career while earning a competitive base salary plus an attractive uncapped commission structure.
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting customers with a wide range of premium 4WD parts and accessories. You'll work in a fast-paced showroom environment, helping customers choose the right products and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store, over the phone and via email.
- Provide expert advice on 4WD parts, accessories and vehicle upgrades.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
- Stay up to date with new products and industry trends.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A passion for achieving sales results.
- Good knowledge of 4WD vehicles, aftermarket accessories and off-road equipment.
- Confidence in building rapport and recommending products.
- Good computer literacy and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
We will also consider applicants who:
- Have a proven track record in sales from another industry.
- Are eager to learn about the 4WD industry.
- Have an outstanding attitude, are highly motivated and willing to undertake product training.
Preferred (but not essential)
- Experience in the automotive or 4WD industry.
- Experience using point-of-sale or inventory systems.
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
