Due to continued growth our client is looking for a Service & Warranties Coordinator to join their customer service team. You would be working with a well-established Australian owned company with a varied product range including Refrigeration, Heating, Plumbing & Gas products.
This role is an addition to the existing team, and you would work alongside someone who has been undertaking this service role for a few years.
You would be liaising with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure that service requests are handled efficiently and in line with any SLA's.
Responsibilities include -
- Triaging service requests to determine required actions and warranty eligibility
- Log jobs into service portal
- Allocate jobs to authorised service agents
- Proactively monitor status of active jobs, keeping customers updated with job progress
- Liaise with other departments regarding spare parts availability, returns, replacement authorisations etc.
- Onboarding new technicians when required
- Supporting billing and reporting functions
- All associated administration
Experience wise, you would either come from a Warranties, Scheduling or similar Customer Service coordination background where the ability to prioritise effectively is essential.
If you've worked in an industry where you've dealt with time sensitive repairs (eg HVAC, equipment breakdowns etc) this would also be an advantage.
