Confidence engaging and influencing sales-focused professionals, showcasing compelling career opportunities and value propositions in a competitive market
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships, provide market insights and influence hiring outcomes
Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
Resilience, positivity and a solutions-focused mindset, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align recruitment strategies to business objectives and workforce needs
A genuine passion for candidate care, leveraging technology to identify top talent, and creating positive candidate experiences
What's in it for You?
You'll join a highly collaborative, people-first team known for its positive culture, strong partnership ethos, and genuine commitment to work-life balance. Quality delivery, continuous improvement, and shared success sit at the heart of how this team operates.
As part of the Korn Ferry network, you will also benefit from:
Ongoing professional learning and development opportunities
Exposure to high-profile enterprise-level Financial Services portfolio
Career development pathways within RPO
A performance-driven yet supportive environment that recognises impact, contribution, and commitment
