The Sanctuary Bar & Restaurant at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Restocking kitchen supplies
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- General cleaning and end-of-shift duties
About You
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
