About the Role
An exciting opportunity is open for a Stockfeed Delivery Truck Driver at our Corowa Feed Mill. The Stockfeed Delivery Truck Driver will be responsible for delivering stockfeed to our internal piggery sites. This is a full-time permanent position with annual salary not less than $79,423 plus Superannuation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operate Heavy Combination Vehicle.
- Comply with all Chain of Responsibility requirements.
- Safe and efficient delivery of stockfeed.
- Complete pre-starts checks.
- Load & unload pelleted stockfeed.
- Operate blower and rotary seal on a tipper trailer.
- Ensure accurate records for compliance and productivity information such as; logbooks, run sheets, delivery details.
- Reporting faults or damaged equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Wash and clean truck.
- Use company weighbridge systems to weigh heavy vehicles.
- High standard of communication and behaviour in accord to the company values.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including night work).
- Basic computer skills.
- Current Heavy Combination licence.
- Previous experience driving trucks.
- Sound traffic history report.
