Giblin Projects is looking for experienced and reliable Construction Labourers to join our growing team across projects in Sydney.
We specialise in remedial construction, waterproofing, façade repairs and complex building maintenance. This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in keeping a site organised and is comfortable working as part of a small, professional team.
About the role
Your duties will include:
- Assisting tradespeople with general construction activities
- Site setup, protection and clean-up
- Moving materials, tools and equipment
- Light demolition and removal of building materials
- Basic use of hand and power tools
- Preparing work areas for waterproofing, concrete repairs and other remedial works
- Following site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
About you
To be considered, you should have:
- Previous experience as a construction labourer
- A valid White Card
- Good knowledge of construction site safety
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- The physical ability to complete manual work safely
A current driver’s licence, your own transport and experience in remedial construction or waterproofing would be advantageous but are not essential.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
