Position Descriptor:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Officer to provide 1:1 support for a year 6 student with complex needs. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and be able to build positive, trusting relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and high expectations. The role requires consistency, patience, and the ability to implement structured routines that support student engagement, regulation, and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with teachers, leaders, and families, the successful applicant will help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that enables the student to achieve success.
Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
