Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing customer loyalty programs to enhance retention
- Monitoring and analysing customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Coordinating promotional campaigns and rewards initiatives
- Building strong relationships with clients through proactive communication
- Preparing reports on loyalty metrics and customer satisfaction trends
- Collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies
- Assisting with general administrative and support tasks related to loyalty initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer loyalty, marketing, or customer service roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
