Duties include but are not limited to the following which must be carried out according to company policy and the Park Manager’s requirements:
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Making bookings and collecting deposits
- Carrying out Pre-arrival checks
- Checking in guests and collecting payments
- Processing rents and issuing receipts
- Sorting and distributing guests mail
- Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly management reports (in consultation with Park Manager)
- Processing creditors invoices ready to send to Head Office for payment
- Stocking brochures and tourist information
- Following up overdue rents
- Cleaning the office entry and reception area, as well as the Recreation Room and other facilities including the amenity blocks and laundries
- Assisting in park housekeeping including laundry and the cleaning of on-site units
- Assuming control of the office, when competent, in the manager(s) absence (i.e. during Manager(s) 1½ days off per week)
This role is for 24 hours each week (three days of eight hours each).
