About the Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused B2B Sales Consultant to grow our commercial client base and strengthen existing partnerships.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on outbound business development, understands consultative selling, and is comfortable engaging with business owners, operations managers, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments
- Prepare and present tailored service proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
About You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within facilities, services, trades, or a related industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident dealing with decision-makers at all levels
- Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Well-organised with strong follow-up skills
- Valid driver's licence (site visits required)
- Full unrestricted driver's licence required for site visits
