What You'll Be Doing
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business that values its people and invests in their development? We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to join our expanding team in Mount Druitt.
With multiple positions available across both Day and Afternoon Shifts, this is an excellent opportunity to build your skills, receive on-the-job training, and develop a career within a supportive and collaborative workplace.
This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll have the opportunity to learn and gain experience across multiple areas of the operation, including:

Batching and preparing raw materials

Operating and monitoring production machinery

Manual handling and lifting duties

Warehousing activities
Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a high-performing team.
