About your role
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury, investment, and craftsmanship.
You’ll manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, acting as a trusted advisor on rare whisky collections and investment opportunities.
This is a highly relationship-driven role — ideal for someone with deep market expertise, a strong network, and a passion for delivering bespoke, high-touch client experiences.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with private collectors and investors
Provide tailored advice on acquisitions, collection curation, and whisky investments
Deliver a premium, personalised client experience at every touchpoint
Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage new clients through events, networks, and referrals
Drive revenue through exclusive, limited-release, and investment-grade whiskies
Grow and retain a high-value portfolio of private clients
Market Expertise
Stay at the forefront of whisky trends, auctions, and investment insights
Advise clients on provenance, distillery heritage, and value appreciation
Attend tastings, auctions, and global industry events
Experiences & Events
Curate and host exclusive tastings and client experiences
Partner with marketing to deliver VIP engagement initiatives
Represent Suntory at premium whisky and collector events
Collaboration & Insights
Work cross-functionally with procurement, marketing, and logistics
Maintain detailed client insights and leverage CRM data
Contribute to strategies that drive loyalty and lifetime value
What you bring:
Proven experience in rare whisky, fine wine & spirits, or luxury client management
Strong understanding of whisky production, market dynamics, and investment potential
An established network of HNW/UHNW clients or collectors
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
Experience using CRM systems and managing client portfolios
Flexibility to travel for client meetings and global events
