We’re currently seeking compassionate, reliable Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in PORT MACQUARIE & SURROUNDS. Not only will you be paid above award rates, but you could also be eligible for fuel‑support incentives to help you get to and from your shifts.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with manual handling and assisting with medication
- Experience with NDIS participants
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Availability to work across various shifts
- Community access and personal care
- Relevant certificates & Up to date Compliance documents such as NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in disability
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Updated First aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker's Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Driver's License and reliable transport
