Cleaner – Strata Maintenance
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team, responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas in residential apartment buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, doors and waste rooms. Clean surfaces such as door handles, railings and lifts.
- Working efficiently as part of a team of two, managing your assigned run of properties
Role Requirements:
- Ability to work between 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Minimum 1 year of relevant cleaning or strata maintenance experience
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
