Food Truck Chef / Kitchen All-Rounder – Casual
Mas&Noey is looking for a reliable and energetic Cook / Kitchen All-Rounder to join our small food truck team across Gold Coast and Brisbane.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys good food, fast-paced service and working in a fun, hands-on environment rather than being stuck in a traditional kitchen.
The role includes:
- Cooking and assembling menu items during service
- Basic food preparation following our recipes and systems
- Setting up and packing down the kitchen
- Keeping the workspace clean, organised and food-safe
- Helping the team during busy markets, events and catering jobs
- Occasionally interacting with customers
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous cooking or kitchen experience
- Is fast, clean and organised
- Can stay calm during busy services
- Is reliable and punctual
- Takes pride in the food they put out
- Works well in a small team
- Is happy travelling to different event locations around Gold Coast and Brisbane
What we offer:

- $35–$40/hr depending on experience, plus super and applicable penalty rates
