Note: Legal Requirement for this position: Age: 18+
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Store Trading hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 7pm
- Saturday: 8am to 5pm
- Sunday: 8:30am to 3pm
The right candidate must be available to work any hours during these times.
We take pride in delivering high-quality products with a friendly and genuine service to all our
customers. We are currently seeking an experienced and mature aged retail assistant for our
Tobacconist/Golden Casket store at Northlakes, QLD on a casual basis.
Golden Casket experience would be preferred.
The shifts will vary and may be a combination of day, evenings, and weekends.
To be successful in joining our team, you will have previous experience in retail Tobacco and
Lotto industry and a strong grasp of high-end customer service and adaptability to learn.
Your enthusiasm and initiative to exceed sales targets, is a must.
SUPPORT:
You will not be alone. As part of your initiation, you will be provided with two weeks of on the job
training with a senior staff member and support to achieve store expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the role:
High Quality customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and actively contribute to all day-to-day tasks.
- Understand the importance of stock management.
- Successful applicant will be responsible for opening and closing duties.
- Independently motivated and able to work without supervision, take responsibility and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail
- Be well organised, punctual, and reliable.
- Enjoy working in a fast pace and busy environment.
- Creating and submitting daily End of Day Reports.

Pay: $32.06 – $44.89 per hour
