ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, this 12-month parental leave cover opportunity will see you play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising brand campaigns, partnerships and programs that support CA ANZ's strategic priorities.
Working closely with stakeholders across Marketing & Communications and the broader business, you'll bring brand plans to life through integrated campaigns, compelling content and market activation initiatives that engage audiences, strengthen brand awareness and drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from planning and briefing through to execution and evaluation.
- Develop content, partnerships and marketing initiatives that support audience engagement andbrand growth.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing activities aligned to organisational priorities.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and creative partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support continuous improvement across brand marketing processes, tools and ways of working.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery capability. You enjoy managing multiple projects, building trusted relationships and translating ideas into impactful campaigns.
You'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated brand, marketing or communications campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with agencies, creative partners and external stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- A data-informed approach, using insights and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
