We are seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, working with people, and being out on-site while also supporting our busy operations team.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our Operations Manager and Operations Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of our workforce and client accounts across the warehousing and logistics industry.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular site visits to client locations across Sydney.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and casual workforce.
- Supporting the Operations Team with workforce management and daily client requirements.
- Monitoring attendance, performance, and worker engagement.
- Ensuring workers understand and comply with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Identifying and resolving issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Assisting with client retention by delivering a high level of service.
- Working closely with recruitment and operations to ensure staffing requirements are met.
- Completing site reports and providing feedback following client visits.
- Representing ESS professionally both on-site and in the office.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence working with clients and employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and client relationship management.
- An understanding of Workplace Health & Safety principles (warehousing and logistics experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
