Byron Garden Care is growing, and we’re looking for someone reliable and hardworking to join the team.
The role will involve a variety of residential garden maintenance around Byron Bay and the surrounding areas, including:
What we’re looking for:
- Lawn mowing & edging Hedging & pruning Weeding & garden clean-ups Planting & mulching General garden maintenance
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle Gardening/landscaping experience preferred, but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and good communication
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
We’re more interested in finding the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic than someone who knows absolutely everything about gardening.
