We are looking for a genuine, reliable and easy-going male support worker to support a male NDIS participant.
This role would suit someone who is patient, has a good sense of humour, enjoys building positive relationships, and can provide support in a way that feels natural rather than clinical.
About the Role
You will be providing one-on-one support and assisting the participant with daily activities, community access, appointments, social outings, and working towards personal goals.
The right person will be someone who can build trust, communicate well, and create a supportive environment where the participant feels comfortable and respected.
What We're Looking For
- Male support worker
- Middle Eastern background
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
