Annual Salary: $72,000.00 to $80,000.00 p/year plus superannuation

Espresso & Prosecco in Perth CBD is now seeking a Chef de Partie with at least a
Certificate IV in commercial cookery along with at least 1 year of full time experience in
the same role.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in the same role and be able to:
- Assist the owner/head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen;
- Plan menus and estimating food requirements in conjunction with and under the supervision of the owner/head chef
- Estimate costs and determine prices of the dishes
- Organize and order the required food suppliers as food ingredients
- Stock control
- Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality of the ingredients supplied
- Liaise with suppliers in order to ensure the best quality of the dishes
- Maintain stock of all ingredients in regular manner and storing food
- Prepare, cook and serve quality dishes in a efficient and consistent manner
- Supervise the presentation of the dishes
- Enforcing and maintaining hygiene procedures.
- Ensure that all ingredients adhere to safety standards.
- Ensure that the quality of raw ingredients and cooked food are up to standard
- Liaise and respond to the owner
- Assist the owner/head chef in train and supervise kitchen staff
