Your new role:
As the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across the Primary Care Clinic and Pandanus Ward, with day-to-day oversight of Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre - Gundu Pa. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will champion safe, person-centred care while overseeing workforce, resources, performance, quality improvement and financial management. This is an opportunity to build a positive and capable nursing workforce, influence service delivery and lead innovative, evidence-informed practice that delivers better outcomes for patients and the community.

Bayside Health Service provides a diverse range of hospital and community-based healthcare across five campuses, including Redland Hospital, Gundu Pa, Marie Rose Centre, Pandanus Ward and Redlands Satellite Health Centre. Gundu Pa is a state-of-the-art community health facility offering a 24-hour Primary Care Centre alongside mental health, allied health, chronic disease, oral health, child development and specialist outpatient services. Pandanus Ward, located at Casuarina Lodge, provides eight general healthcare beds supporting the Wynnum-Manly community. Together, Bayside Health Service delivers comprehensive care across emergency, primary, acute and subacute medicine, surgery, maternity, paediatrics and mental health services.
