About the Role
This is a hands-on role, with set weekday hours for the right candidate. You'll be responsible for setting and maintaining coffee standards, supporting smooth daily service and contributing positively to our team culture.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Preparing high quality espresso based coffee to a consistent standard
- Dialling in grinders & Coffee Machines and Recipe consistency
- Maintaining & cleaning coffee & cafe equipment
- Delivering friendly, professional service at all times
- Handling orders, POS & Payments
- Building rapport with all customers
- Supporting all other staff in their roles around the venue.
- Assisting in opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards are followed.
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $33.85 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
