About the Role
The Administration Support Officer provides efficient and dependable administrative support across the team. Key responsibilities include responding to enquiries, managing diaries, arranging travel and vehicle bookings, processing finance-related activities, and undertaking additional projects and tasks as required.

We’re looking for
Executive and Meeting Support: Coordinate diaries, meetings and conferences for Directors and Managers, including scheduling, meeting room management, catering and travel arrangements.
Recruitment and Workforce Administration: Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities by arranging interviews, maintaining records, processing documentation and assisting with workforce administration tasks.
Finance and Resource Management: Manage administrative financial processes, including purchase orders, payment confirmations, project tracking, cab charge administration and ensuring accurate financial records.
