About the role
We’re seeking a friendly, organised and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and creating a caring, positive environment
- Managing calls and client enquiries
- Scheduling appointments, procedures and admissions
- Supporting vets, nurses and the wider team
- Processing payments, insurance claims and retail sales
About you
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Passion for animal welfare and client care
- Previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience desirable but not essential)
